BrickellHouse Goes Vertical
The foundation for Miami's BrickellHouse condominium project has been poured, with teams of trucks providing the concrete for about 15 hours straight, according to contractor John Moriarty & Associates of Florida.
Project executive Rick Schuerger said four concrete pumps were running simultaneously to complete the large concrete mat foundation.
Newgard Development is building the $170 million, 374-unit project at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive. The project will offer units ranging from studios to 7,000-square-foot penthouses. Units will have private balconies and several amenities, including a 46th-floor rooftop pool deck, a luxury health spa and fitness center, and automated robotic parking garage system.
